    Profile Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing support, coordination, or a similar role.
    • Proven experience managing social media accounts at scale (high-volume, multi-client environments).
    • Experience working with English-speaking and/or global clients (AU, UK, US or similar).
    • Excellent written English — strong grammar, clarity, and copy quality are critical.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely.
    • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
    • Confident managing multiple tasks, accounts, and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as (or similar).
    • Familiarity with social and digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
    • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

    Core responsibilities:

    • Campaign & Project Support
    • Assist in coordinating marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are tracked.
    • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and internal documentation.
    • Support data entry, reporting, and basic campaign performance tracking.
    • Assist in the preparation of marketing presentations, proposals, and reports.
    • Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing and vendor coordination.
    • Social Media & Community Management
    • Write clear, on-brand social media copy with strong grammar and attention to detail.
    • Upload and/or source social media content across multiple platforms.
    • Manage and monitor 100+ social media pages per month across multiple clients.
    • Schedule posts using approved tools and workflows.
    • Monitor social media accounts, comments, messages, and Google Business Profile reviews.
    • Respond to DMs, comments, and reviews professionally and in line with each client's brand tone.
    • Draft response templates and obtain client approval via a shared inbox before publishing where required.
    • Escalate sensitive feedback or complex client inquiries to the relevant internal teams.
    • Coordination & Collaboration
    • Coordinate client communications and facilitate timely approvals.
    • Liaise with content and creative teams to ensure assets are delivered on time.
    • Organise and maintain creative assets and documentation using shared drives and project management tools.
    • Support event coordination and content shoot logistics as required.
