    Role Description

    A full-time role as a Store Support Associate in Makati, responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to partner stores and merchants.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle store-related customer concerns and respond in a timely and professional manner through meetings, calls, and emails
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
    • Maintain and regularly update merchant data and information
    • Resolve issues by clarifying the problem, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum two years of work experience in Customer Service (email and/or calls)
    • Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively convey information and messaging through written communication
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
    • A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
    • Capable of communicating with different levels, from customers to business owners

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Minimum budget of the role: ₱21,000
