- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, providing recommendations for configuring and customizing NetSuite to meet their specific needs.
- Design, develop, and implement NetSuite solutions, encompassing workflows, scripts, customizations, and integrations with other systems.
- Conduct system configurations, data migrations, and testing to ensure the successful deployment of NetSuite modules.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to NetSuite, including resolving system errors, data discrepancies, and performance problems.
- Work closely with functional consultants and project managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical training and documentation to end-users, empowering them to effectively use NetSuite and leverage its features.
- Stay updated with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and enhancements, offering recommendations on adopting new functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, conducting product demonstrations, analyzing requirements, and contributing to proposal development to support business development efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise in NetSuite ERP, including experience with SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteCloud customization tools.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes, particularly in finance, accounting, and supply chain management.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools, such as SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, CSV imports, and ODBC connections.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring highquality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
