    Job Title: Senior 6sense Consultant

    Location: Pasig, Philippines

    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Hybrid)

    Job Details:

    The Senior Marketing Operations (6sense, ABM) leads the strategy and execution of 6sense programs across ABM, demand generation, and cross-sell/upsell initiatives. This role provides platform guidance, builds multi-channel campaigns, ensures data integrity, and drives adoption through enablement and coaching.

    Platform Strategy & Guidance

    • Provide strategic guidance on using 6sense across all marketing motions, including campaigns, cross-sell/upsell, ABM, and field initiatives.
    • Recommend best practices for segments, audience frameworks, intent usage, and program design.
    • ·Advise on technical setup and ensure alignment with MOPs.

    Hands-On Program Execution

    • ·Build and activate 6sense programs end-to-end, including:

    - Segmentation & audience creation

    - AI email setup

    - Display advertising builds

    - Orchestration workflows

    - Program monitoring & optimization

    • Support campaign managers directly as they build their skills in the platform.

    ABM-Specific Support

    • Develop and refine ABM audience structures and intent-based targeting.
    • Partner with ABM Manager and Campaign team on buying-stage–driven strategies.
    • Support cross-sell/upsell initiatives requiring deeper ABM alignment.

    Enablement & Ongoing Coaching

    • Deliver enablement sessions to increase adoption across Marketing and Sales
    • Create documentation, process workflows, and playbooks for long-term consistency.
    • Provide continuous optimization recommendations based on performance data.

    Collaboration Across Teams

    • Work closely with MOPs on platform health, data integrity, and reporting.
    • Partner with Demand Gen, ABM, and Campaign teams on upcoming program needs.
    • Support a closed-loop feedback structure ensuring programs are reviewed and improved continuously.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of hands-on 6sense platform experience
    • Background managing enterprise-level, multi-region, or high-volume accounts
    • Fluency in:

    - ABM strategy and execution

    - Intent data interpretation

    - Multi-channel program builds (display, AI email, orchestration, nurtures)

    • Strong technical and operational understanding of segmentation, audience logic, buying stages, and revenue workflows
    • Excellent communication and ability to train non-technical marketing stakeholders
    • Ability to train, coach, and work with teams at varying levels of familiarity.
    • Proven track record of measurable impact using 6sense in complex environments
