- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) through close collaboration with the management team
- Generate standardized reports in order to deliver increased visibility to the level of compliance with the policies as well as to set benchmarks that will ensure the company's brands are being appropriately represented online.
- Manage and ensure collaboration and integration between the company's brand team to ensure all campaigns are working in sync as well as in compliance with the Amazon advertising rules and standards.
- Increase and measure click-through rate for each product
- Increase and measure conversion rate for each marketplace
- Optimize ads and PPC budget
- Increase and measure average daily impressions per product
- Increase products with 5-star reviews over 120-day end (Launch)
- Increase page and keyword ranking of products
- Increase close rate of support cases resolved per day
