Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
- 10–15 years of progressive sales and marketing leadership, preferably within construction, engineering, real estate development, or related industries (Preferably from AAA or AAAA construction company).
- Must have extensive experience preparing bids, proposals, and winning large-scale construction projects.
- Strong background in client relations and business development at senior/executive level.
- Extensive background in senior sales or marketing position is highly preferred.
- Proven skills in driving sales through effective negotiation and client management.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Experience in identifying customer needs and providing high quality service to strengthen relationships.
- Ability to represent the company professionally in high-level engagements.
