Finance Intern (Wholesale Bank, Manila Branch)
The Finance Intern will have an opportunity to gain hands-on finance accounting experience and learn about the various aspects of the function, specifically in the Banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a key role in the automation and simplification of working files to comply with End User Computing Policy.
• Design, create and develop management reports or dashboards based on information requirements of management.
• Participates and recommends on the development, maintenance and optimization of policies and guidelines within Finance.
• Assist in the testing, migration and implementation of new systems.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated leadership in work and/or academics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably at all levels of the organization including with senior level leaders
• Excellent technical skills including a very strong command of Microsoft Excel, most notably Visual Basic or Power BI programming
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic and changing environment
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must possess a strong customer service orientation with high sense of urgency in meeting goals and deadlines
• Ability to influence and think creative and strategically
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
