They will apply intense focus on quality and production KPIs, closing gaps and providing support to achieve stretched collections objectives
Provide leadership and supervise the activities of the team on their daily tasks, and provide regular communication to staff through team briefings and one-to-one sessions
Maximise productivity through robust quality and productivity disciplines
Set and monitor Team and individual objectives and manage the team's performance on a daily basis, providing feedback and direction on all performance metrics, while coordinating resources to effectively manage workload by analyzing and anticipating trends.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer contact offering and implementing new initiatives to ensure the provision of an effective, efficient solution orientated service to a range of customers
Undertake detailed quality reviews, providing coaching and support to create continuous improvement
Ensure the error-free capture of all customer financial details required to make informed decisions around potential arrangements and concessions
Measuring, reviewing, driving and improving the Team's productivity and efficiency levels
Review processes and systems within the team to drive process improvements, increase efficiency and share best practice and Identify bottlenecks/problems/workflow issues and escalate to line manager/process owners
