    Job Description
    We are looking for experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinators to join our team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be focused on helping our clients with all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing and various administrative tasks. We will provide you with the necessary tools to complete these tasks. In addition, we will provide paid training to ensure your success.

    Requirements
    • Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor's degree
    • At least 1 year of Real Estate experience
    • Social media management experience is a huge plus
    • Experience using any Real Estate CRM (Customer Relationship Management software), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
    • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
    • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

    Not a requirement, but a plus if you have worked with any of the following:
    • Compass, kvCore, KW Command, Zillow, Canva, Zipforms, Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, DocuSign, and Podio
