Job Summary
BPO TRAINER to join our rapidly expanding team.
+Responsibilities
- Managing employees by providing feedback and coaching sessions within the purview of account processes.
- Facilitate training based on the approved outline/curriculum for the account.
- Evaluate the trainee's speed to competency through CFU sessions, activities, and assessments.
Requirements
‣A minimum of 6 months in the BPO industry as a TRAINER
‣Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
‣Excellent verbal and written communication skills
‣Ability to work well in a team environment
