    Responsibilities:
    Training and Development


    • Organizational Development and Planning.
    o Collaborate with the Managers for trainings needed by the employees.

    o Monitor training and analyze results.

    o Recommend new training approach, programs and techniques.


    • Design training interventions and modules.
    • Facilitate training interventions.
    Talent Acquisition


    • Accountable for hiring for Sales Account Manager and other open positions.
    • Conducts end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, including administration of exams
    and interviews.


    • In-charge in developing networks in Recruitment Channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
    • Timely posting of career opportunities Internal and External Channels.
    • Coordinates between hiring managers and applicants, and schedules interviews.
    • Prepares and ensures all new hire files are complete and accurate.
    • Research and suggest for hiring platforms that will help fast track recruitment process.
    Others


    • Assist and pro-actively participates in HR initiatives and events
    • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
    • Research and suggest uptrend HR practices.
    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree holder in human resources, psychology, or any related course.
    • With at least 3 to 4 year experience in HR field. Especially in Training and Development.
    • Must have the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
    • Must be competent at cultivating relationships, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
    • Must have excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skills.
    • Creative and energetic.
