    Role: HR Manager

    Location: Taguig (Hybrid with very rare work on site)

    Salary: 70K Package

    Shift: Mid Manila

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership Support:

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.
    • Provide guidance and support on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent utilization.
    • Advise on HR implications of strategic decisions and help align HR practices with business objectives.

    Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    • Conduct interviews, facilitate candidate selection processes, and negotiate job offers.
    • Develop onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization.

    Leadership Development and Talent Management:

    • Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to nurture their skills.
    • Design leadership development programs and initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to current and emerging leaders.
    • Implement talent management processes such as performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning.

    Employee Engagement and Culture Development:

    • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Plan and execute initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture.
    • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

    Performance Management and Succession Planning:

    • Implement performance management systems to set goals, provide feedback, and evaluate employee performance.
    • Train managers on performance management best practices and techniques.
    • Identify and develop high-performing employees for key roles through succession planning processes.

    Organizational Design and Change Management:

    • Assess organizational structure and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations.
    • Communicate changes to employees and stakeholders and address concerns or resistance.

    HR Policy Development and Compliance:

    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
    • Ensure HR practices are consistent and fair across the organization.

    HR Data Analysis and Insights:

    • Collect and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
    • Generate insights from HR data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
    • Utilize data to forecast future talent needs and identify potential risks or opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
    • knowledge of local labor laws and UK employment legislation, highly preferred
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives within the BPO context.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives within the BPO environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure HR program effectiveness.
    • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) or equivalent experience is a plus.
    • Proficiency in HRIS, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
