    Qualifications:

    • With or without experience is acceptedDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
    • Create and recommend signature drinks based on customer preferences.
    • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
    • Take drink orders, provide recommendations, and engage in conversations to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Demonstrate expertise in mixology by accurately measuring, mixing, and presenting drinks.
    • Stay updated on current beverage trends and continually expand drink repertoire.
    • Input drink orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments accurately.
    • Handle cash transactions, give change, and maintain an organized cash drawer.
    • Promote daily specials, happy hour offerings, and upsell premium beverages.
    • Encourage customers to try new or signature drinks.
    • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
    • Monitor and restock bar inventory, including garnishes, glassware, and spirits.
    • Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating customer needs and preferences.
    • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Adhere to responsible beverage service guidelines and legal drinking age requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and hygiene standards.
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, barbacks, and serving staff to ensure smooth operations.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate service during peak hours.
    • Train and mentor new bar staff on beverage preparation techniques, customer service, and company policies.
    • Continuously develop skills and knowledge in mixology and customer service.
