    Job Description:

    The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the company's financial and accounting operations in the Philippines, with a strong focus on tax compliance, business licensing, retail administration, accounts receivable/payable, and cash management.

    This position ensures compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements, provides accurate and timely financial reporting, and supports coordination with the Finance and Accounting team in Indonesia to ensure smooth business operations across all retail locations.

    • Manage timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and documentation in line with Philippine regulations.
    • Oversee renewal and compliance of business permits and licenses across all retail locations.
    • Handle invoicing, collections, and coordination with banks, customers, and the Indonesia Finance team.
    • Process vendor invoices, ensure proper documentation, and monitor payment status.
    • Manage employee reimbursements, vendor payments, petty cash, and banking transactions, while coordinating with Indonesia Finance for reconciliations.
