    We are looking for an Off-The-Road (OTR) Tire Technical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the related field, who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical department also the technical aspects of OTR tire operations in the company. This role requires a deep understanding of OTR tires, including design, performance, maintenance, and technical support. This role will be home based and willing to the frequent travel to the client mine sites in the South East Asia region.

    Haian Rubber Group Co., Ltd. which is the largest giant radial OTR tire supplier in China, with over 30+ years of experience in the manufacture and maintenance of giant tires. Our goals are to cut costs and provide the best service for users.

    Responsibilities

    Technical Leadership:

    1. Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff involved in OTR tire-related activities.
    2. Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies related to OTR tires.
    3. Manage technical team activities.
    4. Build good relationships with the internal technical team and client technical team.
    5. Lead communication between the headquarters technical team and the internal engineer technical team about improvement and others.
    6. Build a good bridge communication between the headquarters engineer, internal engineer, and Clients (user).

    Technical Support:

    1. Provide advanced technical support to customers, dealers, and field service personnel regarding OTR tire selection, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    2. Resolve complex technical issues and customer complaints related to OTR tires.
    3. Give the routine OTR tire technical training for internal (engineer) and clients existing.
    4. Improve and comply with the SOP of the headquarters with regulations.
    5. Leading and monitoring for TDMS running properly on existing clients.
    6. Support other technical jobs.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    1. Ensure accurate record-keeping of tire performance.
    2. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
    3. Collect technical reports from whole clients' mine site and give feedback on improvement of the report content.

    Cost Management:

    1. Manage budgetary aspects of OTR tire technical operations for work optimization.
    2. Make calculation ratio of engineer inquiry to support the company business.
    3. Plan the budget for the cost operation of the technical team operation over one year.

    Qualifications:

    1. Min. 5 years experience in technical for OTR tire with excellent knowledge of mining industry.
    2. Excellent team leadership and communication skills
    3. Good awareness of regulatory compliance for OTR Tire
    4. Good integrity, problem-solving, initiative and mature
    5. Numerous certifications in the related field
