- Source and recruit candidates directly from job boards, databases, internal talent tools, employee referrals, business networks, and social media platforms, among other sources.
- Promotes the attainment of hiring objectives, including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring, diversity goals, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Manages full-cycle recruitment, including the implementation of sourcing strategies, the screening of applicants, the production of a short list of applicants, the scheduling of applicants for additional interview evaluation, and the creation of offer letters to offer completion.
- Establishes positive working relationships with candidates and hiring managers to make sure that the selection process complies with company and governmental policies.
- Point of contact for the hiring manager
- Engage with the hiring community for role-specific briefing as required
- Full candidate management, from shortlisting to acceptance
- Support benchmarking and agreement on sourcing strategy
- Choosing a final shortlist and presenting your selection to the hiring managers
- Gathering stakeholder inputs to adjust sourcing and screening strategy
- Closing candidates on agreed offers
- Minimum of 6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong senior stakeholder management background
- Strong sourcing background with expertise in LinkedIn search and Boolean strings
- Proficient in using various job boards and tools, including SEEK and LinkedIn
- An ideal candidate will have a technical recruitment background
- Flexible with regional coverage; international recruitment experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel for reporting and data management
