Job summary
Assist in recruitment and hiring processes including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding Manage and update HR policies procedures and employee handbooks in line with labor laws and organizational changes Handle employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions grievance management Administrate employee benefits leaves of absence time-off requests Maintain accurate up-to-date employee records HRIS data Support payroll processing ensuring timely submission of employee data changes Conduct new hire orientations ensure smooth onboarding experiences Assist with performance management processes reviews goal setting development plans Ensure compliance all legal regulatory requirements related employment Organize training programs engagement initiatives events Support diversity equity inclusion efforts organization
