- Prepare payment files and process payments.
- Send remittance advice and manage payment advice.
- Process indirect tax payable.
- Perform periodic vendor reconciliation and analysis.
- Draft and update Procure to Pay policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with established Procure to Pay procedures.
- Handle all vendor-related queries and manage vendor disputes.
- Process vendor blacklist or block requests.
- Validate and approve master data change requests from Local Finance or Local Business.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports as per requests.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Perform UAT in projects and system enhancements.
- Assist the team leader in onboarding junior new joiners.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the team leader.
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar role. Less experience may be considered for Senior Associate 1.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience and competence in using integrated ERP software (preferably Oracle and/or MS Dynamics 365).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated customer service excellence, including professional and courteous phone skills.
- Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to Accounts Payable, expense management, and master data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Independent and meticulous with figures.
- Efficient and accurate in reconciliation and reporting.
- Responsible and accurate in the completion of allocated tasks.
- Good analytical skills.
- Experience in a finance Shared Service Centre is an advantage.
- Experience with workflow tools is beneficial.
- Experience with PTP tools (preferably Cevinio) is an advantage.
