    The Product Manager will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle that includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales and support functions to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager shall be responsible in ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement a marketing and sales strategy for one or more of STADAs complex or strategically significant products/services in order to meet established sales or market share targets.
    • Adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the products.
    • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets. Maintain records of sales volume and revenues. Analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the product/service needs to be improved.
    • Liaise with advertising specialists to design marketing launches, sales campaigns and sales collateral for the products that are consistent, effective, and appropriate for the target audience.
    • Create business models and analyze competitive landscape
    • Develop and monitor data-driven analytics
    • Conduct the business of STADA within the boundary of the company's Purpose and Values in order ensure compliance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
    • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
