This is an exciting phase of growth for Socium, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to help support existing client demand in technology sourcing for clients located across APAC.

An ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid in recruiting efforts in niche markets to tight timeframes. We operate a hybrid setup with part wfh/part onsite in BGC.

Ideal experience and qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills
• Superb resourcing capability, able to unearth top 2% tech talent for our client projects
• Experience of recruiting technology professionals in high-demand niche markets (software/cyber/architecture etc) or Senior commercial hiring for Finance, HR & Operations
• Circa 2+ years experience in tech recruiting
• Quota or goal-oriented
• Able to be Independently motivated and work at pace
• Able to contribute to a positive brand culture and embody our values
• Strong team player
