Position Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Utilizing Softrax Billing and Revenue Recognition Software
Prepare sales orders for Perpetual License Sales from opportunities
Prepare sales orders for Term and Saas Sales from opportunities
Generate Invoices from the orders
Generate Milestone Invoices from the orders
Prepare Billing Adjustments as needed and ensure proper Revenue treatment
Other Duties may Include:
Request Payment of Invoices via Customer Online Billing systems
Provide audit support as requested
Perform tasks related to invoices and billing to meet specific country requirements
Qualifications
Requirements:
Position requires a high level of attention to detail.
Individual must be able to process a large amount of orders and invoices with accuracy and also meet required deadlines.
Prior experience with Software Revenue Recognition is a plus.
Experience using Softrax software systems is also desired but not required.
A Degree in Accounting or Finance is also desired, but may be replaced with relevant experience.
Willing to work night shift Excel Spreadsheet skills
