    Tasks:

    • Maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
    • Manage invoice processing and accounts payable/receivable.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
    • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
    • Process payroll and maintain payroll information.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
    • Work with QuickBooks accounting software to record and analyze financial data.
    • Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes.
    • Provide support during financial audits.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role - minimum 2-3 years Experience
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software - minimum 1 year Experience
    • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Knowledge of payroll processing and financial regulations.
    • Capacity to handle sensitive financial information discreetly and ethically.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently, showcasing responsibility and initiative.
