As a Business Operations & Investor Outreach Associate, you support investor research, discreet outreach, and reporting while keeping proposals, tracking, and communications on point. You work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring investor-facing initiatives move forward with precision, confidentiality, and consistency in a fast-paced, strategy-driven environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in investor relations coordination, lead generation, business operations, or executive support
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to function independently
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in startups, consulting, investment-related environments, professional services, or technology (helpful but not mandatory)
• Experience in business operations, administration, or executive support
• Strong research and reporting skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Investor and stakeholder research and targeting
• Discreet outreach and follow-ups via email and phone
• Tracking, reporting, and preparation of feedback summaries
• Proposal, quotation, and invoice support
• Light social media calendar management and content execution
• General founder support and administrative assistance
• Research and build targeted lists of investors, partners, and stakeholders
• Draft and manage professional outreach emails and follow-ups
• Track outreach progress, responses, and engagement using reports or CRM tools
• Prepare summaries, feedback reports, and basic performance dashboards
• Assist with proposal, quotation, and invoice preparation
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars as needed
• Execute light social media tasks, including posting, content scheduling, and basic copy
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the founder
• Fully onboard and maintain familiarity with investor profiles, messaging, and workflows
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting systems are in place
• Maintain consistent investor outreach and follow-up cadence
• Deliver reliable reporting on engagement, responses, and outcomes
• Support the reduction of operational workload for the founder
• Help optimize outreach and reporting processes
• Develop a strong understanding of the investor pipeline and stakeholder landscape
• Provide proactive operational and administrative support
• Monitor outreach volume and response rates
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports
• Maintain quick turnaround times for proposals and invoices
• Uphold high-quality stakeholder engagement
