    Job Description

    • Facilitates consultative discussion w/ business unit/section heads, providing guidance and relevant information or recommendations pertaining to HR related policies and processes.
    • Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data
    • Develops and implements the company's code of conduct, departmental policies and procedures
    • Evaluates the benefit process
    • Ensures accurate payroll and benefits processing
    • Coordinates all HR related concerns to concerned Business Units
    • Assists management in establishing manpower/organizational staffing plans

    Job Specifications:

    • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relation or any related field
    • Must have experience in human resources, with emphasis on employee-relations for a multi-national corporation preferably in a supervisory capacity.
    • Must have solid background and exposure with labor laws, government regulations and compliance requirements
    • Must be knowledgeable on current professional HR principles and techniques
    • Must be knowledgeable and skilled with change processes in complex systems
    • Must have strong facilitation, consulting and coaching skills
    • Must have exceptional problem solving ability and intellectual agility
    • Must have exceptional communication skills, especially when interacting with senior leadership is imperative
    • Must have strong management skills
