- Negotiations and strategic sourcing in order to achieve the target of at least 5% positive variance versus AOP, handling a total year materials budget of P 75 MM.
- Find alternative sources of supply for existing materials.
- Lead Time Management - conversion of PR to PO within lead time.
- Procurement Information Systems - Delivery tracking reports and other critical database must be readily available.
- Timely and periodic cascade of SQMP reports to suppliers
- Conduct manufacturing and warehouse audits to at least 12 suppliers per year
- Attend trade exhibits, expositions and fairs to expand supplier base
- Sourcing and accreditation of qualified suppliers to serve requirements for materials intended for new product developments.
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Experience/background in procurement an advantage.
- Must be willing to work onsite; 6-day workweek.
