We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage the payroll and our company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of transactions
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights for decisionmaking
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulation.
Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
Calculate wages, deductions, and withholdingsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Accountant / Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP) and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem
solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
