    Note: This is a hybrid work arrangement. You have to be in the office (Manila) 2-3 times per week.

    Role Overview:

    As a Senior Social Media Content Creator, you will help our creative and campaign management teams, guiding the development and execution of social media marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This role combines high-level creative direction with copywriting and content marketing expertise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Creative Leadership: Direct social media content creation, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and brand consistency. Lead a talented team of designers, copywriters, and digital marketing specialists in producing innovative work.

    2. Strategic Campaign Management: Spearhead content strategy for diverse projects, harnessing data-driven insights to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

    3. Collaborative Planning: Work closely with marketing, and other departments to craft comprehensive marketing plans, analyze performance data, and identify growth opportunities.

    4. Content Innovation: Drive digital content's creative and strategic direction, providing expertise in copywriting, content creation and visual direction to ensure engaging and impactful messaging.

    5. Market and Trend Analysis: Monitor digital marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to inform creative strategies and campaign adjustments.

    Requirements:

    1. At least 3 years of experience in content creation
    2. Experience in repurposing different formats of content (e.g., Blog Article) to social media posts (e.g, Instagram Carousel or Reels)
    3. Proficient in copywriting, especially writing engaging headlines, copy and captions.
    4. Familiar with basic design software (e.g., Canva) and video editing (e.g Capcut)
