- Invoicing, Payroll, Prepare Estimating Documentation, Data entry and administration tasks
- Processing Job cards and recording Labour and materials
- Manage Employee Documentation
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Prepare paper / electronic documents for projects incoming and outgoing email
- Liaise with customers at all levels, both internally and externally with politeness and respect.
- Extensive experience in Xero including but not limited to: Invoicing, Quotations, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Skilled data entry operator
- Skills and proven working experience in an office environment (at least 3 years)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft (Excel and Word)
- Fantastic organizational abilities and time management skills.
- Excellent phone manner
