Job summary
Administer and oversee employee benefit programs including health insurance retirement plans and wellness initiatives Coordinate benefits enrollment open enrollment and employee communications Serve as a benefits subject matter expert resolving employee inquiries collaborating with vendors Maintain accurate benefits records and prepare compliance reports filings Manage employee leave programs including disability claims FMLA ADA and other leaves Educate employees managers on leave policies through training communication Act as a primary contact for leave administration coordinate with payroll for accurate leave tracking Conduct audits to ensure compliance data accuracy for benefits leave Develop document best practices processes training materials for benefits management Support multiple high priority tasks in a fast paced environment strong attention to detail.
