    Be Part of Our Client's Team:

    As a NetSuite Lead Consultant, you will drive end-to-end ERP implementations from discovery through deployment. Lead financial-focused solutions including Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Avalara integrations, and SuiteSuccess Financials. You'll align architecture, configuration, and testing with complex revenue models and compliance needs-enabling global teams to optimize financial operations through NetSuite.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, with strong exposure to Financials modules
    • 10+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations, including financial configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
    • Proven experience implementing and configuring:
    • NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
    • Multi-Book accounting
    • Avalara tax integration
    • SuiteSuccess Financials edition
    • Experience working within financial services, fintech, SaaS, or accounting-driven environments
    • Background as an IT, Business, or Finance Consultant with client-facing implementation experience
    • Full professional proficiency in English
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving skills
    • Experience collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams
    • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple financial implementation streams independently

    Preferred / Desired Qualifications

    • NetSuite ERP Certification
    • Experience with SuiteProjects and SuiteProjects Pro
    • CPA bachelor's degree
    • ARM and Multi-book authorized certificate

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Participate in business process discovery efforts by engaging with business users and understanding their immediate needs
    • Identify gaps against current systems and leading practices
    • Conceive and propose solutions
    • Develop high-level and detailed process flows
    • Configure NetSuite following SuiteSuccess methodology
    • Propose work-arounds for gaps
    • Write functional specifications to convert business requirements into features to be developed or configured by the development team
    • Always ensure alignment to end-to-end solutions
    • Prepare use cases and test scripts
    • Conduct quality assurance, unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing
    • Work with business users to coordinate final testing and deployment
    • Document best practices
    • Prepare training documents and train people
    • Manage projects and tasks related to day-to-day activities
