- Prior working experience in the banking industry, especially compliance domain.
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing users requirements, and translating them into functional and technical specifications;
- Design and implement the bank's compliance features;
- Responsible for the end to end process of designing, implementing and maintaining the integration with other applications;
- Collaborate with third party vendors to manage product upgrades and service requests;
- Responsible in making sure that the compliance platform is performing according to the product roadmap;
- Ensure that the organization's standard and regulatory requirements are followed;
- Implement and monitor IT security and other control mechanisms;
- Perform all functional and technical services as agreed with stakeholders.
