DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Over-all Repacking-in-Charge
- Set-up layout & space management; work organization chart; procedures such as SOP for returned goods, damaged goods, near-expiry products and expired items.
- Maintains and manage sanitation and organizational systems of all clean room and storage areas.
- Ensures order system is adhered to for all orders received per assigned company by verifying proper identification, quantity of goods received, supervise proper labelling, dating and stocking of supplies.
- Ensures proper transfer process of products to designated locations for delivery, including follow-up documentation.
- Ensures that workplace's health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and the stocks.
- Maintains housekeeping of the clean room and surrounding area.
- Always research to improve clean room operations according to company's objectives.
- Monitors storage condition/temperature compliance.
Labelling and Repacking Inspections of Finished Products
- Follows the provided SOP as set by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in labelling and repacking of finished goods.
- Conducts proper orientation for personnel in repacking and labelling of items.
- Avoids product mix-up, monitors 100% accuracy of labelling, repacking and inspection.
- Segregates stocks per assigned company to avoid mixed-up.
- Places the proper labels on designated storage area.
- Maintains level of confidentiality
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
