Qualifications:
Bar Passer
At least 3 years of post qualification legal experience (gained in a reputable law firm or in house legal environment) with labor, litigation, commercial and data privacy background
Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
Experience in legal research, and crafting various pleading and related forms
Ability to work in fast-paced and high-intensity environment
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to General Counsel/Head of Legal Department, the successful candidate will be performing the following functions:
Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other related agreements with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other key partners.
Develop contract templates and other relevant agreements and forms.
Undertakes in-research and draft and review various pleadings and legal opinions and advisories.
Represents the business in administrative, labor and litigation proceedings and provide them the necessary internal legal support.
Collaborate with and provide guidance and counsel to other departments in investigating, addressing and resolving various risk and compliance issues of the businesses
Monitor, supervise and oversee externally and internally handled cases and concerns.
Provide general corporate housekeeping services to the businesses.
