The Finance Manager manages and leads the Finance Department by developing influencing implementing and monitoring all related activities to ensure compliance with Corporate finance policies local law requirements regulations thereby providing timely insightful information analysis for management review decision making.Responsibilities
- Manage lead the Finance team setting clear targets framework coaching supporting following up monitoring each team member in line with Penguin Spirit ensuring effectiveness efficiency whole finance team.
- Support assist Company Manager on all financial matters contributing formulation implementation strategic objectives policies designed maximize return capital employed preparation budgets forecasts plans company achieve strategic objectives targets.
