    Key Objectives:

    Drive regional business plan execution by leveraging market insights, ESG priorities, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure strategic initiatives, governance, and data-driven decisions achieve organizational targets.

    Working Conditions: Hybrid working schedules; 5 days a week.

    Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is typically required.
    • Master's degree or MBA is often preferred.

    Required Skills:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
    • Proven ability to conduct market analyses, environmental scans, and organizational studies to support strategic decision-making.
    • Experience in identifying and evaluating business opportunities, partnerships, or strategic alliances.
    • Strong skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans, strategic frameworks, and ESG-related initiatives.
    • Demonstrated capability to implement process improvements and monitor operational effectiveness.
    • Experience in preparing business cases, reports, and presentations for senior management.
    • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including the use of analytics to guide strategy.
    • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certifications in Strategic Planning, Corporate Strategy, or related areas are advantageous.
    • Professional development in Leadership or Strategic Management is a plus.
