- Review kickoff documentation to determine layout, brand direction, and content hierarchy
- Select and customize template sections based on client needs
- Apply strong visual design fundamentals (typography, spacing, color, layout)
- Edit and optimize images and graphics for web use
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design standards
- Prepare final design files for developer handoff
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Developers to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Assist periodically with the design of new website templates (Figma)
- Follow internal SOPs and quality control processes
- At least 3 years of experience in web or digital design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe and Figma
- Strong visual design skills (typography, layout, color theory)
- Experience working within design systems or structured templates
- Experience designing responsive websites
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Portfolio of responsive website designs required (professional services experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not required to code)
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG awareness)
- Experience designing for professional services (law, finance, healthcare, real estate)"

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Production Designer to create high-quality, template-based websites for attorneys and law firms. This is a production-focused role responsible for executing website designs using established templates, brand guidelines, and structured kickoff documentation provided by our Project Management team. The ideal candidate thrives in a process-driven environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and produce clean, professional, user-friendly designs. This role collaborates closely with Project Managers and Engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
