    POSITION TITLE: Account Delivery Head - TTH (Transport, Travel & Hospitality) (1 Vacancy)

    LOCATION: Available for applicants who are prepared to move to the Philippines

    DOMAIN: Corporate Travel/Airlines industry background is mandatory.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Delivery towards customer in liaison with Process Head.
    • Meeting customer expectations and targets in terms of Contractual obligations.
    • Productivity /efficiency metrics proposals, implementation and follow-up
    • Administrative aspects including reporting, business reviews etc.
    • Development & implementation of strategies to ensure customer satisfaction & retention
    • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust strategies as needed
    • Plan & strategize Transformation Initiatives to meet customer expectations.
    • Managing Account EBITDA and P&L Margins.
    • Client Relationship Management and growth of the account.
    • Experience in initiating and driving automation projects
    • Decision making & problem solving with good insight on numbers
    • Analytical & numerical skills
    • Develop and implement global best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service innovation.
    • Lead global delivery operations ensuring alignment with corporate service delivery standards.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the local Leadership team.
    • Create compelling Solutions/proposals - both proactive and response to RFI, RFP and RFQ.
    • Work closely with the GAE and BDMs to create a robust pipeline.
    • Build account plans identifying opportunities in CX in target accounts.
    • Excellent understanding of AI, Agentic AI, Chat bots and other transformation solutions in CX space for new age clients.
    • Create and lead client presentations.

    Candidate specification and skills Required:

    • Excellent knowledge of CX across clients, excellent communication skills with collaborative ways of working. Primarily self-starter and deeply motivated and passionate to bring in new business to the Consumer DU at DOP. Find ways to make complicated tasks easy and innovate to bring in efficiencies in workflows and processes. Ability to visualize and articulate solutions in a manner that makes sense to target audience and customers and helps us win deals

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in travel domain across Front & Back-office operations
    • Minimum 6-8 years of experience working directly with Corporate Travel Management company in leadership role
    • Experienced in leading and managing multi GDS & muti delivery location accounts
    • Experienced in leading/supporting Transformation/AI initiatives within travel domain
    • Experienced in leading/supporting Hunting/Farming initiatives within travel domain
    • Six Sigma certification is an added advantage
