I have more than 6 years of BPO experience and started freelancing in 2019.
I handled all international accounts and started as a Technical Support Representative for a US Cable Company. Our main task is to have their cable boxes up and running. Next is for an Australian Telco Company and I stayed there for more than 2 yrs. working with customer billing, sales, and marketing strategies to make them hyped up to stay with us. I was also a Customer Service for Citi Commercial Cards and our main task is to assist corporate people with their card inquiries. My last employment was as a Patient Care Coordinator at Optum, a US Healthcare Company. Our task is to ensure we deliver end-to-end assistance to members with mail-order inquiries.
