When took over as full Operations Manager in 2017, has exceeded sales targets and garnered 2 years in a row as CTRIP Golden Dolphin Awardee in 2018 and 2019. Also achieved in 2019 the Agoda Gold Circle Award Winner for both Metro Centre Hotel and convention Center and Mithi Resort and Spa. • 

Atthara Residences Incorporated: 

As Sales and Marketing Manager, has driven sales figures beyond target quotas by implementing improved marketing strategy to effectively reach diverse customer targets. Also Reduced drastically customer related complaints by effectively handling concerns through targeted communication and follow up to respective departments onward actions and timelines. 

• Wall Street Courier Services (NINJA VAN): 

As overall operations in charge of station. From staff arrangements and performance, workflows of deliveries, evaluation of sales figures and customer services. Successfully introduced steps to streamline some process for clear and ease of package delivery handling which resulted to reduced numbers of undelivered/returned packages.
