I am a highly motivated and progress-focused HR Assistant with a long-standing background in this industry. With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have devised strategic initiatives which I believe will prove valuable to a company.
Throughout the course of my career, I have perfected my benefits administration and recruiting and interviewing abilities. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency. In my previous role, I contributed management, communication, and employee file maintenance toward team efforts and business improvements. I am progressive minded and in tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong organization talents. I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions which allow me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal.

I have worked in the Human Resources Management specializes in Maritime/Crew Management field for about 4 years. Therefore, communication along with colleagues and customers, organizing schedules and events, data entry, bookkeeping and maintaining office equipment, recruitment, HR support tasks, customer service, making phone calls, email management, filing and sorting, travel arrangements and various administrative tasks are my main responsibilities.
I am capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a strong communications and organizational skills as well as detail-oriented. I am also knowledgeable with various recruitment tools and platforms most especially in screening, interviewing, and selecting applicants. I am also capable of working independently and even as part of a team.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management way back 2018 June at Cavite State University.
