Hi my name is Gladys Mae Lopez and I am from San Pablo City Laguna. I was an online chat support representative for 5 years at Asurion.

My greatest work achievement was when I was recognized as one of best customer service agents  for Retail Chat team. One of the things I am most proud of is when I was awarded as  Hero for the month of August last year for having an outstanding performance despite the health challenges I had experienced and just being a great teammate to my colleagues. Also, my hardwork and dedication tremendously helped the company to win the Customer Service first League Championship for 2 consecutive years, this led our site to get more opportunities for expansion.

My name is Gladys Mae Lopez and I am from San Pablo City Laguna. I was an Online Chat Support Representative at Asurion for 5 years assisting three customers at a time for more than 20 retails stores in the US. I provide help with insurance claims, service/product inquiries, and check claim status. I also do accurate data entry, book repair appointments, track shipments and call other departments for escalated cases. I also had 2 years of experience as an email and phone support for a Technical account where I take more than 30 calls and more than 25 emails a day, responding to customers’ inquiries, request for troubleshooting steps, warranty claims and escalations.

I also have experience in managing a local small online business on Facebook. My task is to research suppliers, sort out products, keep updated of the latest trends, take and post photos, put captions, arrange prices and product details, answer customer inquiries via email, texts, and call, process orders and shipping and inventory.

During my time as a Chat Support Representative at Asurion, I was awarded as Hero for the month of August last year for the outstanding performance and was recognized as a great contributor for winning the Customer Service First League Championship the previous year, this led our site to get more opportunities for expansion.

I studied Bachelor of Arts Major in English for four years and graduated  with an honor of Cum Laude at Adventist University of the Philippines on 2011.
