If you ask my former managers about my performance, they would mention my exceptional upselling techniques—which increased sales and customer retention. For example, when I was in Premium Outlets Corp., because of my hardworking, after 1 year of service as a Sales Associate, I was promoted to Officer in Charge and was able to manage one of their branches. 

I was able to hit the Monthly Quota and sometimes over quota. There were times that I am been praised by customers for assisting and giving them the best customer service.
