I began my career in graphic design and IT support, helping clients with creative projects and troubleshooting their systems. From there, I moved into IT technical support roles in retail and creative studios, where I learned how to balance problem-solving, customer service, and design work.
As I grew, I took on responsibilities as an IT and Administrative Officer, managing both tech support and office operations. This allowed me to build strong skills in organization, multitasking, and workflow optimization while supporting teams remotely.
Most recently, I worked as an IT Support Specialist in Dubai, providing Tier 1 & 2 support for over 100 users, training staff, and improving system adoption.
Today, I bring together administrative support, IT expertise, customer service, and creative design — helping businesses run smoothly, stay efficient, and grow their online presence.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Diploma in Computer Programming, which built my foundation in systems, networking, and coding. To stay updated, I’ve also earned certifications in Google Ads Measurement (2025), Responsive Web Design (2023), and AutoCAD (2015). My education combines technical expertise and creative skills, allowing me to support businesses in both IT and digital solutions.
