I am a working professional with more than 5 years of experience in the Customer Service @Industry and 3 years of experience as an Online ESL Teacher. I am highly organized with @excellent email and calendar management skills which have enabled me to successfully manage @administrative tasks and prioritize urgent tasks. My exceptional communication skills have @enabled me to build lasting relationships with customers as well as develop effective customer 
service strategies.

I have more than 5+ years of experience in Customer Care both
in voice and non-voice accounts. I am confident that I am
