I have exceptional skills in developing principles and theories of science to assist in research and development to motivate invention and improve products and processes; have skills in monitoring production work and developing and adapting laboratory procedures to achieve the best results and solutions to encountered problems; expert knowledge in food safety.

With a BS degree in Food  Technology, I have comprehensive information on my understanding of  Food Science and Technology. I also have experience in learning and applying new technologies as appropriate in Food Laboratories and my key strengths that would support my success in this position include:
