    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Officer at Upgrade Energy Philippines, Inc. The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role entails overseeing HR processes, handling employee concerns, and implementing effective HR strategies to support the company's objectives.

    Qualifications
    • HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Policies
    • Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
    • Experience in HR administration and personnel management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Professional certification in HR is a plus
