- Drafting and reviewing various contracts, agreements and company policies
- Monitor ongoing legal cases such as criminal cases against erring employees
- Recommend filing of cases against erring employees
- Ensure legal compliance with government bodies such as LGUs, BSP, SEC, DOLE, etc.
- Communicating, negotiating, and managing third parties such as external counsel.
- Must have 5 years' practice with litigation, labor and/or corporate law (for Head level).
- JD or Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Licensed to practice law in the Philippines
- In good standing with the IBP
- Only candidates who have graduated from the following law schools will be considered: UP Diliman, Ateneo, UST, or San Beda.

Position Overview :
Directs and coordinates the organization's legal staff and activities as in-house counsel. Oversees the development, revision, and compliance of the organization's policies and procedures with all applicable laws and regulations. Provides management with advice and counsel concerning laws impacting the organization's functional areas. Writes/reviews contracts and company policies, protects intellectual property, files and responds to lawsuits, and recommends outside counsel when necessary. The job offers stability, with fixed work hours (8-6pm) from Monday to Friday at our head office in Cubao, Quezon City.
