What you'll do:
As Head of Legal, you will play a pivotal role in steering the legal direction of our client's operations. You will directly report to the Regional Head of Legal and Compliance based in Singapore and work closely with the CEO on all legal matters pertaining to the Philippines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing all legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, protecting data privacy, performing corporate secretary duties, reviewing contracts, managing litigation, and handling regulatory filings. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex legal landscapes while maintaining a firm commitment to ethical conduct.
