About Block Dojo

Block Dojo is a UK-based Venture Builder that launched in the Philippines on August 2023 to support the growth of ideas to the MVP/clickable prototype stage with an edge in blockchain. In 2022, Block Dojo had 24% of all UK blockchain funding rounds (Beauhurst).

Block Dojo PH envisions a Philippines that can provide ASEAN and the rest of the world tech businesses that solve real-world problems. We support this through forming a unique network of support to mature founders with an accelerated innovation process. Through countless guided iterations, founders get a sense of their unique strengths that allow them to drive businesses to success no matter what the situation.

The Role

The Performance Marketing Executive will be based in the Metro Manila, who can drive forward our marketing services for Block Dojo. The person will manage best-in-class digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our client's objectives.

What will you do

-Setting up managing, and optimising campaigns end-to-end (planning, production, distribution, tracking and iteration) to drive key KPI metrics across e-commerce marketplaces, SEM (Google Shopping) and social media (Collaborative/CPAS)

-Work closely with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPI's, as well as ongoing reporting

-Manage revenue delivery and budget spend, including daily optimisation and providing real-time targeting recommendations

-Create A/B testing frameworks and implementation to ensure consistent growth

-Manage Analytics and performance report sharing with clients, advising them on optimisation potential and insights

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business or any related fields

-2+ years (digital) marketing / e-commerce marketing experience, either working with e-commerce platforms, or a marketing role in a media agency / e-commerce enabler / distributor

-Extensive knowledge of Google Ads OR e-commerce Marketplace Search ads essential (i.e. Lazada, Shopee)

Experience in Facebook and TikTok Ads is a plus

Experienced in media planning, setting and managing budgets, optimising ad performance, and negotiating with 3rd parties

Experience in tracking (e-commerce tracking, Google analytics, Google Tag manager, Facebook Pixel Tracking, UTM, 3rd Party Ad Serving (campaign Manager)

-Strong understanding of major advertising success metrics

-Familiar with measurement platforms like Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform

-Strong analytical skills with excellent sense of data and numbers

-Able to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced start-up and e-commerce environment

-Fluent in English

-Digital Marketing Certification on Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads and e-commerce, e.g. Shopee and Lazada, Marketing Solutions background are a plus
