Ten Knots Group is currently owned by Ayala Land Inc. and it operates the four island resorts - El Nido Resorts Apulit, Miniloc, Lagen and Pangulasian Islands. Currently, Ten Knots Development Corporation is looking for a Digital Associate / Digital Marketing Specialist for El Nido Resorts and Lio Estate.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining the online presence and supports lead generation across all brands in the TKDC portfolio.
Develops, implements, tracks and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Plans and executes all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.
Oversees and manages content creation and distribution across all digital channels.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identifies trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Identifies, analyzes, and measures trends and content to assess its performance and optimize user experience

Qualifications:

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
